Habit Tracker ☑

Hello Everyone!

The past few weeks I have been working on a planner revamp for the new year-I sat down and jotted down a list of things I'd like to change to make my Erin Condren planner more efficient. One of the things that was really bothering me about how my planner was set up before is that I didn't know what to do with the bottom section of the planner-all I would end up doing is using washi tape to cover up the words at the bottom.

I definitely wasn't liking the set up so I decided to make myself some daily habit trackers. The three habits I picked were 1. Dental Hygiene, 2. Face Wash Routine and 3. Medications. What I like about these daily habit tracker is-not only does it take up the unwanted space I was having at the bottom-it also holds me accountable to check them off after I complete them each day.

During the first week of using my habit stickers (below) I tried to fill in the circles but that definitely wasn't really working out for me because I had a hard time filling it in without it being sloppy!
This week however in my Grinchmas week I've been checking them off instead and I definitely prefer that option much better. Here's a peek at the night section of the 25th. I ended up changing the background of my habit stickers so I could go for a more Christmas look this week.

I made these habit stickers with my new Silhouette Portrait but I was able to save them as a PDF in the Designer Studio program that I would like to share with you guys! You will have to cut them out individually or if you have a Silhouette (or any cutting machine) you can trace them and print and kiss cut them. I have the daily habit trackers available in Pink & Purple right now. There is a link to download after the jump! :D

EC Labels: Vol 1. ☑

If you've been following me on Instagram-you may have noticed I've been working on making my own EC labels. What got me motivated to start making my own labels was the fact that if you order custom EC labels on the EC website-they will turn out differently (for some reason) than the ones that come standard with your LP or notebook order. I knew they wouldn't be able to add the "@_____" under the texts, but I figured the asterisk and font size would at least be the same. Clearly that not the case!

I got the guts to make my own stickers and I love the way they are turning out! I started to make the ones I needed the most. I will be adding more EC labels to my blog when I get the chance-but for now I will be sharing the first set I have came up with. Here's a peek at how they look like in my LP! Sorry for the bad picture my phone took-but you get the gist of it. :)

There's a full screen shot of how the labels look like and a place to download the PDF after the jump along with instructions and information.  I hope you guys enjoy these labels! Happy Planning!

How I set up my dashboard!

Hey guys! Today I wanted to show you the dashboard I like to use in my Erin Condren Life Planner. I bought this dashboard from the Etsy store ARRLove awhile back and I absolutely love it! It has two of my favorite things-polka dots and glitter

The front side of the dashboard is where I am keeping a To Do list. This is where I write the things I need to get done that day-sort of like a "top priority" list. I decided to keep it simple and basic so I can just focus on the tasks I need to accomplish and not get side tracked by decorations. I used a a photo flip pocket by the brand SN@P! and attached it to the two glitter-striped pocket pages with double sided tape. I did have to trim it down a bit on the top but it was pretty doable. The photo pocket acts like a page protector and I love the fact that I can write on top of the page protector with a sharpie and can easily switch out my To Do list If I wanted to. I also use a hi-polymer eraser to get rid of the sharpie writing-it works like a charm!

Moving on to the back of my dashboard-this is where I have my color coding system that I use for school. I use this system in my Erin Condren On The Go 18 month Calendar. The system changes every semester depending on what type of classes I'm taking. This semester I was able to really define the sections due to only being enrolled in one class. Next semester I will have to go back to just having the basics down (homework, assignments, test/exam etc) as I am taking a full load.

I'm really enjoying this set up and also enjoy using the dashboard as a bookmark in my LP. The quality of the dashboard is amazing and the Renee, the owner of ARRLove does a wonderful job at creating half sized snap in dashboards!

Hitting the books::Study Tracker. ✓

When I first got my Erin Condren Life planner-I wanted to find a way functional way to  incorporate my study habits into the planner. I needed a way to stay motivated and disciplined when it came to studying for my classes. I ended up having someone make me a study tracker. It was great to use and it served its purpose...but I wanted something different.

 One day I got the courage to make my own and eventually I created something I liked! I absolutely love using apples throughout my life planner because 1. I'm a student and 2. I'm an aspiring teacher....so IMO apples seemed more appropriate to use as a study tracker.

Hydrate labels::#getfit

Hello everyone! I've been working on these hydrate labels for a few days now. I had originally made the rainbow colored drops-but decided I like the cups better. I haven't printed them out yet so I don't have a picture to show of how they look in my planner. However-I wanted to go ahead and share with you guys the files just in time for you to plan out next week!

T'here are three different styles you can choose from to download. There's the hydrate daily style, the hydrate weekly style with one row of cups (assuming one cup=64 oz.) and then there's the hydrate weekly style with 7 rows of 8 cups. I made several of them because I like to change up my style regarding tracking my water intake. Download links are after the jump! Enjoy!

Medication Tracker:: Vitmains/Prescriptions. ℞

I made some medication trackers awhile back because I am horrible at taking pills! Ever since I made the vitamin tracker-I've been on top of taking them everyday. It's helped me out a lot because I'm a visual person and the bright colors always scream at me to take them! I will be uploading both the vitamin and medication labels for you guys to enjoy! :D

I created these healthy labels as a #getfit challenge I started in mid October! They were created with the hopes that they would keep me accountable and motivated!

Introduction::First Post ☺

Hello Everyone! I'd like to introduce myself and my blog first before posting anything else. My name is Jenny and I am a planner addict! The planner I am using (and have been since April) is the Erin Condren Life Planner. I stumbled upon the brand on Instagram when I searched #planneraddict and came across a HUGE discount Erin Condren was having at the time. I ended up buying my first Life Planner for 20 bucks and I haven't looked back!

Moving on to the purpose of this blog...
I wanted a place of my own to share my ideas, tips/tricks, hauls, reviews and more importantly my files. I currently have a few of my label files uploaded to the WLEC Facebook group but I realize that not everyone is apart of that group. I wanted to make my labels available to everyone-especially my Instagram follows.

If there is anything in particular anyone would like me to post about please let me know in the comment section down below! Happy Planning! :D
